OK, so, a lot has happened these past several years. Gonna give you a little heart-to-heart. My life has been busy, and while I could have easily made time for my art and writing, I chose not to out of a lack of motivation and some struggles with depression. these convinced me that it was better to listen to my more introverted side and turtle away from the world, choosing instead to cling to my escapism with video games. I'll spare the nitty-gritty for the time-lapse, but long story short, I ended up moving several times and along that path, I had several toxic relationships, but eventually I found someone where neither of us mistreat each other and we got married!! Which is CRAZY to me. I still can't believe it, and I've been married for 3 years. but, here is where dA comes in. I still feel unhappy with my life, and I feel like it's because I have been actively choosing to ignore (or deny?) my more artistic side to bottle away all of the emotional turmoil I associated with
